After understood competitor, I set up the main persona for TG Boston project who has interested on travel and made friends during the trip.
To make sure what our know competitors features, I created a comparable table which can analytic clearly.

Here is the prototype for TG Boston. As my thesis project, I'd glad that I involved with my partner to create this app prototype.

Before we start the TG Boston project, I start to research from population density, occupation, gender and salary level in Boston. After understanding those basic information then I will go deeper to find out potential competitors.
